Managing Principal

A former CPA with a background in real estate finance and construction, Zach combines analytical rigor with hands-on experience as an investor and builder. He co-founded Paladin Building Company and has been instrumental development and construction in North Texas for more than a decade. Zach is a board member of the Sherman Housing Authority and is a manager of a private equity fund and a father of three. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling and coaching his children’s sports teams.

Terrin is a respected broker and developer in North Texas real estate, leveraging his extensive network to facilitate hundreds of millions in transactions over more than a decade. Known for his integrity, resourcefulness, and deep market knowledge, he plays a pivotal role in the success of Paladin Building Company. Terrin serves on several city and charitable boards, is a licensed Broker and manager of a private equity fund. In his free time, he plays music, studies philosophy, trains jiujitsu and enjoys traveling with his family.

Superintendent

Andrew Ramirez brings more than a decade of experience in construction, build science and real estate to Paladin Building Company. He manages day-to-day construction activities including logistics, subcontractor oversight and quality control. In his free time, Andrew trains CrossFit, spends time with his family and is an enthusiastic learner.
